E450

The New E450 has just been released following the E400, the first portable electronic kit to feel like a regular drum kit. Unlike other electronic drums you get a standard sized set of drums 12" snare, 10" tom, 12" tom, 14" tom and 20" kick drum. These are fitted with mesh heads and the New Traps under-skin triggers for near silent performance.

The Traps New EPad system has just been released making it the first trigger pad system to fit conventional drum kits. Great for silent practice, easy to fit on and fun to play, the EPads give you the opportunity to carry on playing your drum kit with almost no audio sound. Hi Traps, Thought I would give you some feedback on the drums live. I played the drums out for the first time this weekend. My band mates could not believe it nor could I. The first night I triggered them which worked great with some muting of the heads( Prevent those double triggers). The second night I used mic's. They sounded great. I put the emad eq3's on both sides big difference. Overall pack up was quick and easy. Very happy with it. I had about 5 people come up to me and ask what it was. Gave them the lowdown and steered them to East Coast. I will be at Toads Place in New Haven opening up for a popular band at the end of the month, I am sure I will be getting more questions. We taped the show, I will get a mp3 clip for you to hear..
